Hey the writing is good, but the story is right on!- I've been there and done that and can feel exactly the kind of desire-beyond-logic thing. I was lucky. We were both smart about it and actually did not hook up again and remain friends. But man the sex was INCREDIBLE because of the situation (and we wanted each other BAD!) All I can say is Go Spike Go!

There is nothing more hot than a woman real estate agent. Dressed to impress, in a house alone with you- all the money- all the power. Very sexy. I liked the story concept alot, but get rid of the relationship crap- it's a fantasy right? Get right to the fun stuff.
