i loved the story buy didnt really liked the ending i think it could have been done a different way, the story was to spontanious to follow at some points..

Did you say patiently? Sorry, no cigar, I want this story now! I want to know what is going to happen to Alice and Doug. I want to know what complications arise from the union of a vampire king and his human consort. For that matter, I want to know what complications would also arise from this pregnancy. After all, she's human. What kind of child will it be, a damphir? And how will a human sustain this pregnancy - will she suddenly start to crave blood (shades of Rosemary's baby)? How will the rest of the vampire kingdom accept a union between a human and vampire? Do they only see her as a breeder? Will she be too vulnerable in the vampire world, someone attacking her to fee or kill her or kidnap her to gain something from the vampire king? Thinking about that, this baby is the heir to the vampire kingdom... come on, girl, start writing, nobody said we had to wait "patiently" for this story...LMAO

This story is just terrific.

I like them together but I'm a little iffy on Douglass seems like he just wants a child for an heir even though it makes no sense cause he lives forever he don't need one. And Alice seems to actually want a baby for less corrupt reasons
