Maybe you'll address this in a later story, but the motivation of the women doesn't make any sense. I could maybe understand wanting one night of being in control before giving it all up, but as you pointed out they didn't just try to be in control, they were down right vicious and cruel. It kinda comes out of left field and takes the whole narrative down a notch.
