Nice, Nice!

Great slooooow burn to this story- and I like the authentic rock touches you've put in; clearly a man who knows a lot about classic rock.

A shout toward noon

It took a while to find but it was in with the cassettes. thought I had a CD, age related memory loss. His voice may sound like geese farts but he certainly is a genius with a guitar. It seemed like a fitting background to your story.

Your story has good flow and adequate character development for a first chapter. Hope there is more for Marla and Jon.

I was attracted by your pen name -

though I'm more familiar with the 5963, the mil version, from the early days of stored program computers. The story started well and is developing well. The slightly slower pace is more believable. Thanks.

Outstanding!! I loved it!! I am not a musician but I have repaired some really neat old amps in my time. One of my hobbies is repairing old tube radios and phonographs, so repairing old amps is a nice sideline. At 74 I still repair all of the above. To bad in this day and age that folks don't appreciate the old radios. I love the glow in the dark from the big lit up faces and the green glow of the cats eye tuners. Thanks
