You introduced Sarah well, made us care about her, and had some hot sexy scenes. There's a good balance between introducing us to the characters, plot, and sexiness.

We don't really get to see much of Derek's character / motivations, and I certainly don't care about him yet. I don't yet know if he's a loving person giving Sarah what she wants & needs, or just an asshole, or something in between. I think you need to show us more about him in the next couple of chapters. But it was perfectly reasonable to leave that out of the first chapter!
