You write well. Enjoyable story up to the ending. I would have liked a better ending, or a chance for a chapter two where he gets to try again to help Shula overcome her fears. Thanks for a good read.

Quite a rollercoaster ride, as the title indicates, but also quite enjoyable, too! I'd encourage you to write a sequel, or two, but I realize you've written a series already. I just hope I enjoy subsequent chapters as much, or maybe even more, than this one. All that I can say, at this juncture, is that I hope there's a "tie-up" of these loose ends that you've created, here. Either way, keep writing, and I'll keep reading.
