A delicious story...

Wow, I really like this story. The sci-fi angle is perfect - easy to suspend disbelief. The characters are good - but play up the change of Simon to Noelle. Cool that Simon is 'stored' away while Noelle explores semi-permanence. Can't wait for the next chapter. Wow.
