I am sure this is not fiction but the names and time period where changed to protect the slut. Most of the Middle East was like this as the first American and European rock tours started like this just after the Yom Kippr War.

Due to an indiscretion, rock star Donna is sentenced to be stoned to death. Her Arabic speaking body guard John Bond finds a loophole in the iron clad law: find her to be an illiterate imbecile since she cannot speak Arabic. Imbeciles are enslaved. Slaves however must be chained, stripped bare, registered and offered for auction. Naked Donna is neither as well endowed as she appears to be nor as able to sing. To keep the sham from being exposed, Donna's aide is auctioned off as well. Rescued from stoning by being enslaved, Donna must submit to her bodyguard. Having slipped through a loophole Donna decides that avoiding further run-ins with the authority requires more relations with her bodyguard than the bodyguard really would have required or even wanted.

The story is well told. For the most part the erotic elements support the story line. The remiss in the last few paragraphs from a rule that erotic elements not go to an excess which distracts from the story line can be excused since there is a certain giddy silliness in porn.
