T, why knot? Absolute;y a wild and woolly sailors saga of maritime adventure and miss-adventure.
This was a wonderful tale. It reminded me of when I was younger, reading all those seafaring adventure novels. It could have proudly parked between "Treasure Island" and "Moby Dick". Well told and just the right amount of spicy. Kudos.
It's a well crafted story, although the preachiness about environmentalism got to be tedious. The buildup also awakened some expectations of wanton behavior by Lillie, which did not materialize.
Glad others liked it, but tedious and kind of silly. Not very romantic or interesting.
I liked this, the indirect method of telling it worked very well, was it true?, or just an old sailors yarn? One can not be quite sure. Well done.
