The story moved a bit too fast and everything fell into place too easily. There was no build up or explanation why they would swap or tell each other that they swapped.

The sex moved way too fast, as well. Take your time.

The only thing I think you did well is set up the jealousy angle with the two friends fucking each others' moms.
