Yes, it's fiction. But please, some vague semblance to plausibility would be rather pleasant. Maybe in Chapter 02, you will reveal that Josh is nowhere close to being an IRS agent. One doesn't have to be "up close and personal" with the IRS very much, to know that the system doesn't work that way, at all. Sorry, but the swarm of reality gnats prevented this story being able to be enjoyable.

Enjoyed the first part of this story and am eager to see where it goes, keep writing.

He walks in accuses her of tax evasion, and she doesn't ask, "What did I do wrong?" That is so far from reality that it doesn't even qualify as fantasy! Dumb, dumb, dumb!
