Much better. The begining of the story seems like it was written by a different person. I always enjoy a little (okay a lot) of sexual tension because it makes the main even that much more enjoyable.

But You really NEED to have someone look over your stuff before you submit it. The redundancy of phrases and words really distract the reader.
