Having lived in Tampa for many years I can tell you that sexual activities occur on a regular basis in some of the Adult Stores. It's not likly that something of this nature took place in an open area. Many of the sex shops do have back rooms, or open viewing areas. Glory holes are common and same sex play usually takes place in the booths or two people leaving together to a more secluded spot.

One of the stores had regular sexual activities taking place between three or four couples on a regular basis. Unfortunatly the police raided this establishment. Tampa now has a six foot rule for Nude or exotic dance clubs. Stupid. St Pete and Clearwater have numerous clubs and with a minimum of chatting you may buy what you are looking for. Lap dances generally are restrictive but not always.
