LOVED how you detailed both his doubts and hers, but basically melted many of them with that kiss. Although really "the kiss" is a bit stereotypical, I won't ding the story for it, because it drives the vehicle to provide the connection they both need. You nailed Jessie's reaction (which really reflects more his than anything else before this point) as the typical teenager. A hands-down 5.
