Yeee-haaa!

The characters didn't ring any bells with me from a TV show---perhaps we've never had it here in the UK. So I had great fun casting it as I read the story. Jane Fonda and Natalie Wood, of course, as Jane and Singing Deer. Only Ward Bond for the Sergeant and perhaps Myron Healy as the Corporal. And how about Jerry Lewis for the Captain? Thanks for the fun tale, Ann. I laughed aloud when I read the name Roaring Chicken---hardly inspires fear the way Sitting Bull and Crazy Horse did. I imagined Roaring Chicken scraping off the war-paint and going on the peace path.
