This is a good story, I liked the action and the basis of the story. However, there were several instances where there were errors between the first and second tenses of the person who is supposed to be the narrator. That leads to a bit of confusion as to who is saying or doing whatever is described.

Made me smile. My Husband is a pilot too. :-)
