Carlos and Jake bonded together and Carlos always said proudly that he had two fathers. He and Hayley were very close also. Carlos became a politician and when he was 55 ran for President of the United States. He won and it was with great pride that Jake and Mason both had tears in their eyes at his inauguration.

Lady Chadwell lived long enough to see her grandson become President and her granddaughter become Queen. She passed away quietly in her sleep. Her husband, after being Prime Minister for a number of years passed away five years earlier and she was lonely without him.

Out of everyone in the Cassidy Clan, Mason and Daniela stayed truly in love. Their relationship was solid and they rarely had a cross word between them.
