Thanks for the lovely comment. This story is far from done, there are a couple of twists before the characters get some rest! I have been a bit slack with editing (the whole story is already written), but you have inspired me. I'll get to work on editing the next chapter ASAP and hopefully will be up in a few days to a week.

I just wanted to say a big thanks for the feedback and comments. I am sorry it has been so long since the last update, but I can officially say that Chapter 9 has been submitted for approval and- approval pending- should be less than a week away.

Also, I have not abandoned this story. I finished it a looong time ago, and now it is just the case of editing for consistency and making changes. I will also say that we are not yet at the fun bit; this story still has 11 chapters left to go and our protagonists will have a lot to deal with in that time.

Your comments have motivated me to be more diligent in posting this story, so hopefully I will be a bit better than I have been. Please feel free to continue giving me feedback- I would love to hear what you think of the twists and turns to come!

Something that popped into my head was a bit of a lore tidbit. Bel and Liv could put their relationship (the sexual one) on hold while Liv and Kal spend sometime together, and then once Kal dies of old age Bel and Liv could rest easy knowing that problem is over with...ah the advantage of living for centuries and now being immortal. :P

You're right- that certainly is a valid option :P

Either way, a decision will be made, and it will only be one of the many possible options.
