I've had a migraine cured by sex at least once. But it doesn't work to well if you're masturbating, at least for me. The effort to reach orgasm offset the relief of the migraine the couple of times I tried it. And it helps if you catch any migraine early. As usual, YMMV (your mileage may vary).
