This was. just. phenomenal. The story had character, and emotion and it was well thought out. Absolutely beautiful.

Obviously "anonymous" you didn't get the gist of the story - the man had been their prize hunter and was chosen for the job because of his extremely gentle, loving ways as well as his sexual knowledge - his age barred him from hunting - so the elders chose him to be the "Opener of Maidens".

Don't blame me - it was Jean Auel's idea - I just took this one little 2 paragraph scene from her book and then wrote my own story around it.

You are seeing more and more examples of Older marrying Younger - such as Young Girls even as young as 18 marrying older guys - even my age of 64. Am I a pervert - my girl thinks so and absolutely LOVES it! There is absolutely NOTHING Biblically wrong with this. It was estimated that Mary was 13 when she married Joseph - who they figure was middle aged - he died really early, after Jesus was born. So, don't tell me about perversity!!!!
