This chapter was nicely done. Much cleaner editing helped a lot, in my opinion. The twist was well placed and just begs for the next chapter. Well done! Your vocabulary and word pictures are way above the average and really round out the story.

Fun and games becomes crazy nonsense and someone actually stopped it. Someone else actually walked away. That alone ought to put this in the Hall of Fame. The penultimate would be if the next chapter brings a comeuppance to the crazy beeotch.
