Great story. Just so you know, most women I know don't find watching girls run without bras to be "pleasing". If one is past a B cup, it's quite painful to run without a bra, and it can cause stretch marks among other things. I have to hold my breasts if I'm going down stairs quickly without a bra. So a girl might wince in empathy if she saw Penelope running around like that.
