Looking forward to future updates. Nice character development, intrigue, possible villains and the anticipation of a dangerous adventure. Yep, this should work.

I almost wanted to use the word incredible, but it's weird, sometimes I think I'm in the mood for such a story, sometimes I'm not. In any case, it was well written, and extremely engaging. Sentimental in a good way, touching. Looking forward to more.
