I worked in healthcare for 20 years. I know myself and some of my collegues had experiences like this. Brings back memories.

Since then it's been done about 1000 times per year

about 1/3 with a giant cock.

Perhaps it is an old story that has been re-told many times but the credit is how the story is re-told. This is a good story line deserving of re-telling and this particular telling of the familure nurse giving a patient a helping hand is told with more success than many others before it. I personally quite enjoyed it and it almost makes me want to be stupid and try to break both arms...maybe not.
