I think you are forgetting that this is chapter 141 of a much larger story. The rating comes from people who've also read the previous 140 chapters, many of which include sex scenes. The readers are following me rather than favorite-ing each chapter. There are currently almost 800,000 words total in the story - it isn't my fault (or the readers') that this site doesn't allow multi-chapter stories to update as part of one file rather than making each chapter a new 'story'.
