obviously

Audrey is not confused about the person she is {at this point in time} in lust with. She is confused about how she can "have her pussy and eat it too!". In other words, Audrey manipulates everyone around her into believing her pretense of being "socially acceptable" while simultaneously concealing sexual escapades on the side.

This is the major conundrum she must come to terms with, will other people lose their trust of her. She has to be willing to be honest with others and herself. Specifics such as sexual orientation or seduction of relatives potential or actual, are irrelevant at this point.
