Your writing is well done, I only wish you could be more descriptive. Often times the difference between a good writer and a great one is the ability to be descriptive. You never go into details about what the women are wearing etc. everything is very generalized.

The /first /thing he must do when he figures out how it works is make his own version that renders himself and his harem /immune to any the company uses/. (Say: You will ignore any and all commands or hypnosis that do not come from me: And for himself 'You will ignore all hypnosis and conditioning from anyone'

He might also want to check if he's already been programmed...
