Where do you live? Mars? Yes this is fiction and you can write anything. But the reality of the situation is you touch her, you go to jail and you and the school get sued. The fact that this situation would NEVER happen ruins the story completely.

I thought the story was wonderful. Yes in real life he would go to jail but it's not real life. Please write more.
