i was kinda unclear about the last line....was it that he wished jamie had made a move? he shouldn't have acted like a princess about wanting to leave. i think jamie is being noble. short chapter. hope next is a bit longer. and hope to learn more about the characters

Still a great read in 2021! There are moments that are time capsules in these older stories. Love it
