That is an interesting twist on the definition of revenge. Excellent storyline. I couldn't stop reading.

They say revenge is a dish best served cold, but I guess he wasn't expecting it to be quite that cold.

I wish i could properly express my appreciation but don't have your gift for words. The epilogue did seem a bit rushed. Perhaps it was a one & done ? Would really enjoy more of your stories if you were so inclined. A spin off with Amber as the central character might be a fun challenge ?
