Very enjoyable, and I would not put it past Janeway or Seven to be bi-sexual (as Janeway had a boy-friend before the Voyager left the Alpha-quadrant).

However, as I remember the series, it was somewhat later in the season as this stardate, that Seven actively started studying sexuality (if we look past her offer to Harry during the first time they worked together, immediately after her de-assimilation); the first mentioning of Seven studying sexuality was when she studied the "mating-rituals" (at a distance, and visually) of Tom and Torres; which according to the doctor was sparked by her curiosity.

Seven of Nine wasn't separated from the collective until after the end of Scorpion II which occurred on stardate 51003.7 therefore her actions in this story would be highly illogical... It would seem that your method of research (if any) is inefficient, any argument against this would be futile and irrelevant.
