I think he would be more likely to 'see' her panties than to 'say' them!

Correction:

laying - lying (The former means to actively put something down, the latter 'to recline')

The warming therapy seemed so unrealistic, a 911 operator would never have a stranger do such things to an unconscious girl.

It was great, but a bit too short for an...ah...erotic story.
