Gabriel was seated on the couch, reading a newspaper like he had been doing since Lambert had gotten lost. He still had a lot of things to think about. Suddenly, he heard the door bell ringing and he felt as if someone was banging on his head.

Gabriel sighed, getting up from the couch. He threw the newspaper on the couch and quickly went to the door. His mood was completely ruined and he just didn't know what was going on with him. Doing his work wasn't funny anymore especially with Lambert's disappearance.

Gabriel opened the door and what he found was an average blonde haired woman. She was looking all around as if she was looking for someone. She didn't look classy either. She was wearing an old blue dress that was a little tight and flat shoes. Her long hair was tied in a ponytail. She looked as if she was in her late 40s or early fifties.

A frown appeared on Gabriel's face as he looked at the woman.

"Excuse me." He said harshly, eyeing the woman up and down. "How may I help you?"

The woman moved her eyes and looked at Gabriel with a smile. She had deep green eyes and her smile was somehow irritating.

"Sorry, sir." She apologized. "My name is Yvette..." She paused and took a deep sigh. "...well, I am..."

"I don't need to know your name." Gabriel rolled his eyes in frustration. "Just tell me what you want because I am a really busy man and I have a lot of things to do."

"I am sorry," She smiled faintly, looking all around. "Well! I just wanted to know if this is Angelo Rodriguez's house. Please. This is really important."

Gabriel's heart started pounding as soon as he heard the woman's questions. His mind took him back to three years ago when Angelo used to live in the house. He remembered all the moments he had shared with Angelo and for the first time ever, he got really afraid. He looked at the woman with disgust and shook his head.

"I am sorry. There is no Angelo Rodriguez here." He grimaced. "This is the Harrington mansion. Angelo Rodriguez has never lived here."

Without saying anything else to the woman, Gabriel tried to close the door but she held the door and...

"What the fuck?" Gabriel yelled, furiously getting out. "What the fuck is your problem? I told you that man doesn't live here so..."

"I am really sorry, sir." Yvette said, backing away from the door. "Please. Don't be angry with me. The boy I was asking about used to live here. I am sure my address was right. I got it many years ago and..."

"See!" Gabriel shouted, venting out his anger on her. "That was so many fucking years ago. Please. Don't disturb me, okay? You shouldn't ever disturb me."

"Well, sir. Please." She was acting really vulnerable. "Do you know anything about Angelo? It's been really long since I heard from him. I was out and I just wanted to see him. It's really urgent that I see him."

"Who are you?" Gabriel asked angrily. "Why are you looking for him?"

"Well! I just really needed to see him." She sighed. "I am nobody. Well..." She gulped. "...I was just looking for him because I needed his help."

"Well!" Gabriel snarled, looking deep in her eyes. "We don't know anything about him so I suggest you look somewhere else. Now get out and stop disturbing me."

"Well..."

Before she could even finish what she wanted to tell him, Gabriel slammed the door right in her face. She stood there for a few minutes just looking all around and trying to remember her last address. But she was really sure someone had told her years ago that he used to live at that particular place. In fact, she could have bet her life it was the same place.

"I am sure it's this place." She sighed.

Yvette made a quick turn and left. She couldn't stay there anymore.

Alicia took out her stuff from the cab she had come with. She took them near the gate and then went back to the cab. She took out the money and handed it over to the driver with a smile.

"Thank you so much." The driver said.

"You are welcome."

The driver left and Alicia turned around quickly and started heading towards the gate. Before she even reached the gate, it opened quickly and a woman came out. She was looking really sad with her eyes to the ground.

Alicia took a good look at the woman and she noticed that she was really familiar. In fact, Alicia was really sure that she had seen that woman somewhere. But she couldn't just put her finger on it.

"Where have I seen this woman before?"

Alicia tried and tried to remember where she had seen the woman but it was not coming to her. She was looking at the woman even as they passed each other. Then it hit her. She remembered where she had seen the woman. Her eyes widened and her mouth gaped. Her heart started pounding and she took a quick turn.

"Excuse me." She hollered.

The woman slowly turned and looked at Alicia with sadness in her eyes. Alicia could really see that something was bothering the woman and she was really curious to find out what that was.

Alicia slowly moved to the woman. "Are you okay?"

The woman nodded, looking all around. "You shouldn't worry about me, ma'am. I am really fine."

"Yes! But what were you doing here?"

"Well! I was just here to look for someone but that person doesn't live here so..." She paused and shook her head in sadness.

Alicia looked at the woman suspiciously and said, "Are you..." She shook her head. "...are you Yvette?"

"What?" the woman gasped, shaking her head. "How did you know my name? I haven't seen you before and..."

"So you are Yvette?" She chuckled bitterly, shaking her head. "What are you doing here?"

The woman was really surprised and it couldn't be masked on her face. She was wondering who the woman could have been because she didn't know her.

"Please! Who are you and how do you know about me."

Alicia somehow got hurt when she saw Yvette once again. "I am Alicia." She said. "I am the woman that used to work at your brother's mansion 27 years ago. Don't you remember?" Then she folded her arms on her chest and shook her head in sadness. "Where have you been all these years Yvette?"

"Well! Alicia, I am really glad to see you." She said happily, chuckling softly. "Well! It's a really long story and I have been through a lot. But something has been bothering me so much and I just came here to... well!" She sighed. "I came here to return something."

"Something?" Alicia chuckled in a really painful voice. "You've been gone for 27 years Yvette and you just came here right now?" She yelled as tears formed in her eyes. "Your brother and his wife died 13 years ago and you couldn't even attend their funeral." She yelled. "Your nephew was left to suffer all alone. If not for your other brother who knows what would have happened? And when your other brother died, you couldn't even attend his funeral or even appear to take care of your only nephew."

"Well, I..."

"What kind of woman are you?" She yelled as a tear dropped to her cheek. "Your nephew suffered a lot and you couldn't even be here to take care of him. He went through a lot at such a young age and he had to take care of himself."

"I know it's my fault Alicia." Yvette quavered as a tear dropped to her cheek. She didn't know how to explain. "How did you expect me to come to my brothers' and my sister's in law's funeral when they both hated me so much? You were there 27 years ago when my two brothers disowned me and threw me out."

"Yes!" she rubbed her tear furiously, moving closer to Yvette. "I was there and I saw what kind of selfish woman you were. You only cared about money and you wanted to steal it for yourself. You wanted to destroy his relationships and his life. You caused your sister in law to have a miscarriage once. How can I forget what you did back there?" She laughed bitterly. "You were nothing but an evil woman and you deserved what you got. But still..." She sniveled. "They say that blood is thicker than water. I am sure you heard about your brother's death. You heard that he had a small child, your nephew but you still didn't return."

"Well! I heard about his death and I couldn't return because..."

"Because deep down you were happy he was dead." She said in a really painful voice as tears went down her face.

"No!" Yvette shook her head as more tears dropped to her eyes. "You are misunderstanding me. I really loved my brother a lot but it is complicated. I was afraid that if I returned then..."

"Then what?" Alicia yelled. "You are a really selfish woman and I have never seen a woman like you. You plotted against your own brother. Your nephew suffered in this cruel world on his own."

"Well! I am ready to pay for my mistakes." She put her hands together, shaking her head. "I am ready to pay for all the sins that I did in the past." She cried softly. "That's why I am here to..."

"For what?" Alicia yelled, venting her anger on Yvette. "You've only returned now that Angelo is dead." She said as a billion tears fell down her cheeks. "He is dead. He died a painful death and you weren't there to protect him Yvette." She yelled at the top of her voice, scaring the woman in front of her. "Maybe had you been there for him, he would have still been alive by now..."

"What?" Yvette was trembling terribly. It was if she was having a seizure.

Yvette's tears came flowing like a big river. Her heart started pounding deeply. She felt as if she was about to have a heart attack. Her breaths were harsh. She felt as if she had just died. She was really dead and she...

"What?" She gasped as more tears came down her face. "Please. Tell me that you are joking. Tell me you are just trying to hurt me." She cried, gripping Alicia's hands hard. "Tell me he is somewhere and he is still alive. Please..."

"Why are you hurt?" Alicia fumed. "Why are you crying? Shouldn't you be happy that he had died? Shouldn't you be happy that your brother's entire family has been wiped out?"

"No!" She shook her head. "I really didn't need that to happen. In fact, I came here to see him and..."

"He is dead, gone." Alicia furiously released her hands, literally pushing the woman away. She was experiencing a really terrible pain. Her heart was weeping. It was almost as if she was about to die. Her heart was about to burst open. "You cannot bring him back so get the hell out of here, Yvette. You are just a reminder of..."

"I need to know where he is buried." She cried, dropping to the ground. "I need to beg for my brother's and his forgiveness. Please."

"No!" Alicia shook her head. "I won't tell you where my child has been buried." She didn't sound like herself. She sounded really... dangerous and angry. "He has been resting in peace. He is dead but I won't let you hurt his feelings." She furiously rubbed her face clean. "Get out of here, Yvette and never come back here. I don't wanna see you again."

"But..."

"Get out!" She yelled, stamping her foot on the ground and clenching her fists harder. "Go away."

Yvette got up. Her face was flooded and she was really hurt. "I didn't want any of these things to happen." She cried. "I am sorry."

Yvette slowly turned and ran away from that place.

"Go away."

Alicia had never experienced such terrible pains. It was like reliving Angelo's death over and over again and then reliving the past again. It was really painful and her heart shuttered into pieces. It was the most painful thing ever.

Alicia cried for a few minutes, trying to get rid of her pain. She then picked up her stuff and went inside angrily. Just as she was entering the house, she saw Jack coming furiously towards her and she stopped and looked at him.

"What the fuck did you take long for?" Jack yelled, breathing like a thousand arrows. "Do you know how long I have stayed hungry? What the fuck is your problem? Do I need to remind you of all the things that you need to do, you stupid ugly..."

"Look, Jack!" Alicia said hoarsely, looking furiously at his face. Man! She was so angry that she didn't care about what Jack was gonna do. "I know exactly what is to be done in this house and if..."

"I told you not to call me that..."

"Isn't your name Jack?" She chuckled bitterly, surprising Jack even more.

To say Jack was surprised would definitely be an understatement. He was so mad that he wanted to kill the woman. He couldn't believe she had the nerves to call him by his name. He was really furious and his breaths could show. They were harsh.

"What the fuck do you..."

"There are so many maids in this house." Alicia said harshly. "Any of them could cook for you. Now if you excuse me, I have a lot of work to do in the kitchen."

Without saying anything else, Alicia passed Jack and went to the kitchen.

"Did she..." Jack pointed towards the kitchen as he glowered. "Did she just..."

He was so surprised that he couldn't even react. He was dumbfounded. Alicia had literally insulted him and he really, really hated it. What surprised him the most was that he didn't even know how to react. He couldn't do anything.

"Well!" he chuckled bitterly. "We are gonna see."

He snapped his fingers and went upstairs to his husband.

***

Miguel finished up his work and he got up from his desk and fixed himself up. He was putting on a beautiful blue, really tight designer's shirt with his chest exposed. The shirt was tucked in a really wonderful and top class black designer's skinny jean. He had black shoes on his feet and he was looking sexy as hell. He was seductive.

Miguel had a small tight scarf around his neck and it completed his look. His hair was curled and then let loose. He was looking even more feminine than usual. He was beautiful and his look was just right for what he was going to do that day.

Miguel was on his way to his Hacienda when all of a sudden, the door to his office opened widely. There came a beautiful woman who looked really angry. She was followed by his assistant but Miguel told her to leave the two of them alone.

The woman was dressed in a beautiful blue dress with her dark hair tied with a band. She was really tall and definitely older than heim. In fact, the woman was Brandon's wife. Her name was Ximena and one of Miguel's pets, if he wanted.

"Ximena!" Miguel chuckled softly. "What a surprise? What are you doing here?" He laughed. "It's quite a surprise that you came to see me here."

"You know why I am here, Miguel." She said with a mocking smile. "I wanna where Brandon is?"

Miguel shook his head, laughing at her question. Then he dropped his hand to his hip and got closer to her.

"Brandon is not my husband." He said with a serious face. "Aren't you his wife? You are supposed to know his whereabouts."

"He didn't tell me."

"Well! How is that supposed to be my business?" He said harshly.

"I know that he tells you everything he does." She said with courage in her voice. "In fact, if I am not mistaken, I am sure you had sent him somewhere because he didn't tell me anything. Now why would you do that to me?" She literally yelled. "I am sure you told him not to tell me or..."

"You know what, Ximena?" He pointed at her. "I am not surprised he didn't tell you where he went. I am surprised you came here to confront me about it."

"I wanna know where my husband is right now." She demanded, pointing at Miguel. To say he was surprised would definitely be an understatement. "I know you know where he is so tell me right now so that I can..."

"I think you are starting to cross the boundary now." Miguel chuckled harshly. "Ximena, please don't be so pathetic as to come over and ask me about your husband. I know you are a really educated woman but what you came to do here actually shows that you still have a lot to learn." His face got really serious and Ximena knew that she might have crossed the limit. "How dare you come to my office to ask such a stupid question? If he didn't tell you about that then why are you here to ask me? Am I his other wife or what? Don't mess with me because I will teach you a very good lesson, Ximena. You know me very well and you know how I am."

"Well! Miguel, I was just worried about my husband." She said in a soft voice. "I thought that you might know where..."

"If he didn't tell you what makes you think I am gonna tell you." He chuckled, rubbing on his temple seductively. "It isn't my fault that your husband doesn't regard you as important and didn't tell you anything."

"Well! The truth is..." She sighed, shaking her head. "He's been gone for two days now and I was just thinking that..."

"Your visit here was definitely in vain." He said with an evil grin. "I don't know where your husband is. He didn't tell me."

Ximena dropped her eyes to the floor and sighed. "Well! I guess I should be leaving now."

Ximena turned and started walking towards the door before...

"Ximena!" Miguel called her back.

Hearing Miguel's call, Ximena made a quick turn and looked towards Miguel. She watched as he came closer to her with a serious face which showed her that he was definitely angry.

"Let this be the first and last time you will barge into my office like that." He warned, pointing at her. "I am no stranger to you and you know what I can do so don't you fuck with me. Don't ever talk to me in that tone ever again."

"I was just..."

"I absolutely don't care." Miguel shrugged. "Whatever business you have with your husband is none of my business. Fix your problems with your husband because the next time that you come to me with such no sense..." He chuckled, shaking his head. "...you are gonna regret knowing me. Now get out of here."

Ximena couldn't do anything but leave. She didn't want to get on Miguel's bad side or worse. If her husband learnt of what she had done, she knew very well that he was gonna make her pay for it because he didn't like anyone messing with Miguel.

"What a stupid idiot." Miguel snarled. "Just who does she think she is? Anyway, I still have somewhere important to go."

Miguel got out of his office and closed the door behind him.

***

Christian was coming out of a flower shop, smiling brightly. He was holding a small bouquet of flowers which he was holding on to like his life depended on it. His mind was definitely not there. He had left his mind back in Sumitria. It had never left when he came back. All he ever thought about was Miguel and the passionate kiss that they had shared together at the beach.

"I really want to see you, Miguel." He said, stopping on the doorway. "I can't wait to see you. But..." He sighed. "...how will your reaction be after that incident back in Sumitria? I really need you so much, Miguel. I want you in my life."

Christian was definitely going crazy. He was a man deeply in love with a pretty boy that he couldn't his mind off. He just wanted to be with him... kissing him and then make love to him later. It was what he was dying to do.

Christian took a deep sigh and then started walking once again. He held the flowers closely and just thought about the wonderful moment in Sumitria. He wasn't even aware of his environment. He was so lost in his thoughts that he didn't even see that there was someone coming right in front of him.

The only thing Christian felt was bumping into someone really hard. He got out of his thoughts and immediately moved his eyes. What he saw was a man on the ground looking right at him. The man had short dark hair and he was wearing just ordinary clothes. His eyes were deep blue and he looked really surprised.

"Oh my God." Christian gasped. "I am really sorry."

Christian moved closer to the man and lent his hand.

"I am really sorry about this." He sincerely apologized. "I wasn't looking where I was going. I was so preoccupied because..."

"It's okay." The man held Christian's hand and got up. Then he smiled brightly at Christian.

"I hope you are not hurt or something?"

"No!" The man smiled brightly, shaking his head. "I am actually fine. You didn't push me that hard. Besides, I think I was the one that wasn't looking where I was going because I am new in this city and I was just walking around, exploring it." He laughed, looking into Christian's face. "I should have been looking where I was going and..."
