There's noncon that makes you want to call the Crime-stoppers tip line. Congrats. You wrote a winner. First person pov makes it a challenge to avoid the trap of 'I this' and 'I that' and 'I, I, I, me, me, me.' The story does get right up against that cliff. Then again, for this tale it does tend to reinforce the narcissism of the guy.

I also like the ending. Of course she gets pregnant! That's what happens when you cum inside a fertile person, they get pregnant - they don't have a magical vagina that somehow repels impregnating sperm and everything is ok - no, it's not ok, pregnancy happens!

there is just one tiny detail you missed:
