I will assume that the punctuation errors were deliberate to give further meaning to the remaining of the letter. I will assume also that if the errors were not deliberate the letter still could stand alone. The letter was straightforward and plausible.

I admire your unique angle. One thing bothered me: while I understand the literary impact of using lower case letters in reference to yourself and uppercase for him, the future children should have upper case! I see everyday what kids with a deployed parent go through and they deserve it! Well done.
