I think the story is funny and clever, but the way you ended it made it seem more like a long joke than a short story. You have such a strong start and great ability to write conversation. You really understand the complexity of language. I love the change from appeal to disgust, but the shift away from it happens so fast. Would he be so quick to believe she was lying? Wouldn't he want to check and be absolutely sure? I personally think he would take awhile to warm back up to the idea of sex with his wife. We as readers want to see that, the slow change and return of desire. And I think the final sex scene needs to compete with the story she told. She goes on for many paragraphs discussing in depth her experiences with other men. This final one should be descriptive, graphic, and blow us away. I think the story starts well, but the ending needs to be fleshed out.
