By taking pictures and or videos, it could results victim reputation to degrade if it leads to information leakage and or blackmail. It's unfair that perpetrators and flying monkeys got away with it.

No one is allowed to take photos or videos without permission. You could say that any of the acts performed without permission were involuntary and if any of them were leaked, the victim could sue them for invasion of privacy under the Cybercrime Act, in addition to charging them with sexual assault, defamation, hostage-taking, etc.

Anyone involved in the dissemination of the nude photos and/or videos, accusations (defamation) may be held liable and taken to court.
