Sue the nurse practitioner leaves 18 year old Nancy naked, with her panties on the floor during intrusive temperature readings and internal exams. Sue need not have been so thorough. However Sue explains at times when "notic[ing] ... tension in [patient's] face... I really love[] my job." Routine Exam shows the streak of sadism that underlies medicine.
