Snuggling right on him is Merrick, the lower half of his body wafting slowly in the water with his long and beautiful blue and wavering fish tail, while his upper body retains its peach colored complexion - after countless years of using the enchanted scales Atarah makes for him, Merrick has learned how to retain his human appearance from the waist-up even underwater.
Merrick gradually rubs his lips against Adam's as the two lovers cuddle and hug each other in the comfort of their secret paradise. Much like the first time they have ever met, when a young bullied human met with a curious and emotional Adra. Through the years they arrived in this one place to share their time and love for one another.

Anonymousover 2 years agoThis story should be made into a movie, but then Hollywood would probably just screw it up. You say your writing is "amateurish," and that may well be, but the story itself was very well thought out despite that. The mistakes were easily over looked because the story was so good. I was both sorry and happy to come to the end. Great story, keep it up.
Feare909over 5 years agoAuthorI’m honored that even now I still get much coveted praise from readers. Though to be honest, I get a little embarrassed because that meant my story was read when my style was still amateurish. I’d start replacing each chapter with a revised version if it wasn’t so much trouble to do it on this site, AND the notion that I want to try and have AC published one day so putting in the edits online would be kind of unwise

Anonymousover 5 years agoI have spent the last week or so devouring this story from start to finish. To those that say it went on too long, I say no one is forcing you to keep reading! Reading it was like watching an old school nighttime soap opera full of drama, passion and humor. I laughed, I cried, I stayed up too late because I wanted to read more. Well done.
p.s. this is the first time I have felt compelled to comment on any story

Anonymousalmost 6 years agoI think it would be cool if Jason met and connected with a young mermaid, and Naomi met a young land boy out in the sea swimming or diving. I know I would have liked to have encountered a mermaid in my younger days, all sorts of possibilities with such a scenario...just think: a girl who can eat underwater and stay down for hours!
