As Eric pointed out in his comment, this story is a piece of a larger whole. Originally it was the first chapter of a novella I've been working on but I never really felt the whole thing hung together as a large story. However, I like some chapters quite a bit so I will be dropping more Athena tales from time to time as I rework them as stand alone short stories.
