This chapter continues directly from the previous one, and cannot be understood without reading that one first. In these two chapters, the two main characters find their way back to each other, but only through a series of emotional and complex ways that are intricately woven together into a gripping drama that holds the attention of the reader throughout. Superb story telling by an excellent author.
