The problem with stories like these where someone just does what they're told without resistance or shame or anything is to keep it interesting. In my eyes you need a direction, a development of some kind. I don't see that at the moment, the story seems to be stuck. She's a living sex toy, she's being used, that's it.

This started to become boring when the top and bra were removed for the third time with very little other action, repeating the same scene over and over again is boring for the readers, as it must have been for the writer.
