When did they find out about that? I would have been good in the story to have included that. As it stands it does not read that they are particulary happy abouth this event as it is only mentioned in two sentences. In a lot of BDSM stories, children always seem to be described as a nuisance that have to be shoved out to friends and grandparents, so the couple can get on with their 'activities'. Please describe that they show a modicum of pleasure at this news.

This event will be covered in a story that willing be take place during the main story and epilogue. I do not intend to cover the pregnancy or resultant children as a nuisance. I may release a planned timeline of this 'universe' on my blog. Will advise.
