Lots of problems with this nightmare of a story but the biggest one involves black women. If blacks are the superior race, doesn't that also mean black women are superior to white women? Using your logic (your version of 1984) it would be a crime for both black men and black women to have sex with inferior whites. In fact why not just get rid of all the whites and then you'd have a perfect world...

Yeah I know logic doesn't come into play in these kind of stories.

I thought this was the interracial sex forum, not the demented racial depravity forum.
