Really nice and done to excess. The only thing that jars a bit with me is the sudden change from the past tense in the first half-dozen paragraphs to the present tense in the remainder.

But - no cheating, no conflict, just loving - that's refreshing!

But I was expecting her Mom to pop back into the suite for something left behind or had a decision to be reconsidered. I ended up somewhere between relieved and disappointed.

I was on that same cruise (years ago) with my Sweetie and her mother. Mom was in a nearby (but not adjoining) cabin. My Sweetie got 'surprised' almost that same way! She confirmed that it was wonderful and her lifetime-most romantic and sensual week (apparently it was repeated every evening of the cruise!) She was also proud of how well I did at blackjack in the casino those evenings!?!
