It was an enjoyable read, these following abbreviations were rather confusing though. From the pharmacy friend list "first, stop his testosterone with H. A diet of D and Q would help. For boob growth he needs to orally take X and Y twice a day. For additional help, this paste of Z can be applied to the boob area continuously for several weeks and it would massively kickstart the lobes into getting fat and growing."
