One suggestion for an edit - yellow belts are only worn by children. Once you are an adult, the only belt options are white, blue, purple, brown, or black.

I have no doubt that’s generally accurate. This Dojo definitely had us wearing yellow belts, and orange and green. Maybe for solidarity? Never knew this, this was just based on a half-true event. The dojo is real
