I think this is a good story but it reads like it is the first time they have interacted physically. It kind of needed a bit of build up although saying it was the first time he saw her naked says a lot. If she is not an experienced sub the punishment was called for but perhaps with his hands to start. Have they had conversations about cumming without permission and limits? That sort of thing might have made it a more fair punishment if it is the first time they interacted physically and I suspect it was if he had not seen her naked before.

While reading, I had the same thoughts as Gentleone58. The title tells us there's a dream, but nothing in the actual story gives us that. It's basically a good scene; it's just stripped down too much. Perhaps adding some at the end of her waking up to something with her dom for context.
