I had a tattoo get infected from exposure to salt water when I was in Hawaii. It fucking sucked, whole arm swelled up and turned red, ended up on Keflex for about 3 weeks and then had to have the tattoo retouched afterwards since much of the color bled out as the infected area seeped fluid.

This is a world of fantasy, who cares if things are not technically accurate I don't. I am here to read a story about a brother and sister in love.

This is one of my favorite series, i hope the next chapters are just as great. I hoping for a happy ending

Can and often does progress that quickly. I have seen people rushed back to surgery 8-12 hours later with potentially fatal infections. Not even very rare...
