Ok, this being the second story l've read like this in the past 5 minutes (author pages are great for that) I definitely think it should be in the category (were it to exist): Work - Solving office problems with sex. it's not really Exhibitionism, often pretty private, nor is it necessarily any sort of Fetish. Work stories depend to depict sex in the workplace to get hired, stay hired, or just because they like it that way.
